Across the nation, more and more states are using ACT testing and instructional improvement programs statewide to improve the college and work readiness of their students.
With the changing times in education, Tecumseh Public Schools would like to inform parents about child find opportunities. All children with disabilities, residing in Tecumseh, should be identified, located, and evaluated. Oklahoma requires that child find apply to all children who are suspected of having a disability and in need of special education and related services. Collegestart.org is the state's official website that provides information about higher education in Oklahoma for students, counselors, and parents. It is designed to be the most comprehensive and current source for college planning for Oklahoma students, beginning as early as middle school. It has been developed by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education in collaboration with the Oklahoma College Assistance Program and Oklahoma colleges and universities.

The Oklahoma Career Information System (OKCIS) is an Internet-based delivery system for accurate, comprehensive, current, and relevant occupational, post-secondary school and financial aid information. OKCIS contains the latest national, Oklahoma and local labor market data and projections.
