Gayla Higgins

Mrs. Higgins started teaching in 2008 and is finishing up her 13th year at THS.  She has taught 9th-12th Grade English and Humanities classes.  She is currently a Youth Alive Sponsor, and has been for several years, and was the Class Sponsor for the 2018 Graduates.

Mary Keck

Mrs. Keck has taught for 30+ years and has been with Tecumseh Public Schools for 20 years.  She has served as Science and Eco Clubs Sponsor for several years.

Karen Lenaburg

Mrs. Lenaburg has taught a total of 32 years with the last 25 being at Tecumseh High. She has taught 9th-12th Business and Computer Classes.  Through the years she has sponsored several classes, Business Professionals of America, has taught Career Tech Classes, and sponsored Youth League Sports in the summers.

Alicia Peak

Mrs. Peak started her journey with Tecumseh Public Schools in 2010 at the Middle School, then came to be THS Librarian.  She is currently a Youth Alive Sponsor and is on the current Junior Class Sponsors.

“She makes really good food for Youth Alive.  She helps me check out books.  I’m going to miss her.” - Cody Minton

There are not enough “thank yous” we could give to these wonderful ladies!  Good luck to life’s next adventures and know that you will always be part of our tribe. We are SAVAGE PROUD of you!
