Superintendent’s Message

Welcome to Tecumseh Public Schools.
 
We hope that our website will provide you with an easy to use and informative site where you can check on programs, calendars, menus and a myriad of other pieces of information about our school.
 
We are extremely proud of the efforts of our students and staff as we continue to work towards our established goals.  The success of our school is dependent on all of us (parents, school and community) working together towards one common goal of producing young people who are ready for the challenges of life.  This is accomplished when students leave Tecumseh High School ready for college, career/technical school or the work force.  Through your continued support we will stress our mission of "Seeking Excellence in Education".
 
Our disrict serves approximately 2,200 students in Pre-K through 12th grade at six different sites throughout our community.  The students and staff of Tecumseh Public Schools continue to work extremely hard to meet each individual student goal, state "Academic Performance Index" (API) and Achieving Classroom Excellence (ACE) requirements as well as federal "No Child Left Behind" (NCLB) goals for each site and our district as a whole.  While these challenges are great, together we can make them happen for our children.
