Prepare for Enrollment Day: Complete Your Forms Before You Arrive

Enrollment Day is July 21

To help make Enrollment Day as quick and efficient as possible, families are encouraged to complete all required online enrollment forms before arriving. Completing these forms in advance will help reduce wait times and keep the enrollment process moving smoothly.

Step 1: Complete the Pre-Enrollment Form

Required for all new and returning students

If you have already completed the Pre-Enrollment Form that was shared in April, you do not need to complete it again.

If you have not yet submitted the form, please complete it before moving on to Step 2.

Step 2: Complete the Required Enrollment Forms

All parents and guardians must complete the additional required enrollment forms before Enrollment Day.

Completing these forms ahead of time will help speed up the check-in process.

Attendance on Enrollment Day Is Still Required

Even if you complete all online forms in advance, a parent or guardian must still attend Enrollment Day on July 21 to:

• Verify proof of residency

• Complete required technology (IT) paperwork

• Sign any remaining district forms

• Finalize the enrollment process

Bring Your Proof of Residency

Oklahoma law requires families to provide proof of residency each school year.

Please bring:

• A valid government-issued photo ID

• One

  of the following documents showing your current address:

  • Mortgage statement

  • Current lease agreement

  • Current utility bill

    (cell phone and internet bills cannot be accepted)

Please note: Other types of mail cannot be accepted as proof of residency.
