2025 Parents:
We know you are not ready to face this, but your student has become a SENIOR. With that comes some responsibilities. One of the most important is having their Senior portraits taken at Flora Photography in Shawnee. This portrait is required to be in the Yearbook and on the Senior Panel.
The good news is that if you take it between May 23rd and August 1st there is no sitting fee! Be sure to take advantage of this!
Please be aware of our dress code:
Ladies: Modest, Business Casual Blouse or Dress, No hair covering entire face
Men: White Button-up Shirt, Tie, Jacket, No hair covering entire face (facial hair is fine). If you do not have a tie or jacket, the photography studio will loan you one for the photo.
Parents, don't blink! They will be crossing that stage in cap and gown before you know it! 🖤💛
LAST DAY OF SCHOOL is May 22nd! Make sure your student completes all check out procedures with teachers.

OSU-OKC Fire is proud to announce that we will offer a concurrent enrollment high school fire training program beginning with the fall 2024 semester.
Fall 2024 for Firefighter 1, Spring 2025 for Firefighter 2, Summer 2025 for EMT. You can become a certified firefighter by the time you complete high school and are ready to move into the workforce.
You are eligible to apply if you will be a junior or senior during that academic year. School counselor inquiries are welcome.
Open to all school districts, public, private, and home schools.

TPS District phone lines are down. Please email your student's site if your student is absent, or needs to be picked up. We will have this resolved ASAP. Thank you!
4th 9 weeks Progess Reports will be sent home this week.
Friday, Arpil 19th will be a virtual for all of TPS. Please be sure your student communicates with their teacher, and completes assignments in order to not be counted absent.
There will be no school on April 5th.
Tecumseh Public Schools will be closed starting Friday, March 15th - 22nd for Spring Break! Students will return to class March 25th.
Parent/Teacher Conference will take place on the evenings of Tuesday, March 12th & Thursday, March 14th. Pease be sure to set a time up with you student's teacher(s).

If you plan to apply to Gordon Cooper but have not, you need to complete the application ASAP! Go to gctech.edu and complete the application. Once you complete the application, you will be scheduled for an interview at the high school on Thursday.

Just a reminder:
We will be taking Club and Organization pictures on Friday, February 16th.
We plan to begin at 9:30 and work until all are taken. This will be during Savage Time, so students will need to be on campus during that time.
If you have a student who is not on campus normally in the morning, please let them know that this is happening so they won't miss out.
I am attaching a schedule of the planned order.
Of course there may be changes made as we work through it, but I will try to stay true to the schedule.
