Congratulations to THS power lifters on their successes at the recent Bridge Creek meet. Kyler Shirey placed second at 145 lbs, Brody Peters won fifth at 132 lbs, and Tyler Williams finished fifth at 275 lbs.

We have a three day weekend coming up. School will be closed on Monday, February 17.


Due to icy roads and freezing conditions Tecumseh Public Schools will close again on Thursday, February 6.

It's going to be a great night for our basketball homecoming as the Savages play host to Little Axe. JV boys game at 4:45pm, coronation is happening at 5:45pm followed by varsity boys and then varsity girls.

The Lady Savages have defeated the Star Spencer Bobcats 54-29 to win the consolation championship In the Altus Shortgrass Invitational Tournament.

Freshmen/middle school basketball tonight with Harrah. Boys are at home and girls are on the road. Games start at 4:30pm.

Wrestling will be in Ada tonight for a junior high and high school match beginning at 6pm.

Varsity basketball will start play in the Altus Shortgrass Tournament today. Girls play at 4pm and boys will tip off at 5:30pm.

FFA has a big event planned for this Saturday when it hosts the first annual Predator Hunt on January 26. Call the FFA office at (405) 598-2113 to enter. Teams of 1-3 can enter with a $100 entry fee per team.

FCA invites everyone to come out for its regular weekly meeting in the gym at 8:30 pm tonight.
