This message is a reminder about state required immunizations for the upcoming 2021-2022 school year. Please note that all incoming PreK and Kindergarten students are due for school required immunizations. In addition, all incoming 7th grade students are required to have the Tdap vaccination before the first day of school. As such, all incoming PreK, Kindergarten and 7th grade students as well as any student who is new to the district must provide a current shot record to their school before the first day of school. Parents/Guardians who wish for their children not to receive vaccinations should contact the site principal to discuss filling out an immunization exemption form.
On Wednesday 8/4/21 from 9AM to 1PM The Caring Van will be in the Tecumseh Middle School parking lot giving immunizations free of charge. This service is available to any student under the age of 18 who is uninsured, has SoonerCare or has a tribal ID. Please be sure to bring your SoonerCare or Tribal Card if that applies. For any questions regarding your child's immunization status please contact their healthcare provider or the Pottowatomie Health Dept.

Today is the last day of school and we have two important tasks to complete. We must recover all school issued technology devices by today. Please help your children by making sure they return the items to their school site. Summer school students will keep their devices until after summer session ends. Second, parents will need to log into WENGage and complete enrollment forms associated with the 2021-22 school year. Here is a link on how to do that: https://core-docs.s3.amazonaws.com/documents/asset/uploaded_file/1267233/Pre-Enrollment_Instructions_for_Current_Students_2021-2022-1.pdf

Parents -- Our last day of school is May 20. If you missed our district wide call last night about end of year technology check in procedures here is the text copy of that message and more very important details. Pre-enrollment, completion of school paperwork and learning device check in for current TPS students are all happening this week. You can find the specifics here or go to our school website and click the "Enrollment" tab to get started. https://core-docs.s3.amazonaws.com/documents/asset/uploaded_file/1267236/Pre_Enrollment_and_Device_Check_In_Information_for_Parents.pdf
